Our Certified Maintenance Program for tile roofing includes thorough inspections, debris clearing, tile repositioning or sealing, valley and flashing checks, and priority repair services after storms. All work aligns with manufacturer and Florida building code standards.

Bi-Annual Inspections
Upon inspection, we analyze you’re entire roof system checking for any potential issues, removing rooftop debris, completing small spot repairs, and providing expert advice on the best way to address larger issues that arise sooner than later. A proactively maintained roof can last up to 60% longer compared to a roof that’s off maintenance. Titanium Roofing’s standard RMP will exceed the basic maintenance guidelines required for most manufacturer’s extended warranties.
Damage Observation Reports
All inspections include an in-depth and transparent Photo Observation Report, and a detailed log file on the condition
of your roof.
Roof Savings Account (RSA)
Your plan automatically includes the benefit of an “RSA,” where 100% of your dollars spent on the program go towards a new roof with Titanium Roofing, and all credit rolls over annually

Titanium Loyalty Credit Program
All Titanium Maintenance Plan members earn Loyalty Credit equal to their monthly subscription fee. Credits may be applied toward the labor portion of a full roof replacement or approved minor repairs. Preventative Maintenance for Your Business
Our maintenance program is tailored to the unique needs of
tile roofing systems—whether clay, concrete, or slate—where
debris buildup, cracked tiles, and underlayment exposure
can lead to leaks or premature wear.
Routine Inspections and Repairs
Checking for cracked, slipped, or displaced tiles, clearing valleys and debris, inspecting flashing, and evaluating underlayment condition. Small repositioning or sealing repairs included if needed.
All inspections include a Damage Observation Report and detailed log file with photos showing tile condition, mortar joints, valley channels, flashing intersections, and underlayment visibility (where applicable).
Tax Deductible
Any cost for a maintenance program is deductible on your tax return.
